  • Why are you not bonded?
    A bond works differently than insurance. The bond holder is the only party that may file a claim ONLY after the bonded party is found guilty of a crime.
  • Are you licensed, insured and bonded?"
    Yes, yes and no
  • Do you work weekends?
    Yes! We work weekends, our regular business hours are 8am-6pm. Off hours are also available for a 20% up charge.
  • Do you work off-hours?
    Yes! Our regular business hours are 8am-6pm but we will accomodate our clients on off hours for a 20% up charge.
  • Do I need to schedule in advance?
    Yes, we appreciate 24 hours in advance. However we will do our best to accommodate bookings on short notice though we can give no guarantee.
  • What about inclement weather?
    On days where it's too miserable or unsafe to be outside walk times will be designated to using the bathroom and indoor playtime. You will be notified of these events.
  • Do you do incall boarding?
    At this time no. We are not licensed to board animals but that may change in the future.
  • Do you require minimum visits?
    No, though we encourage routine we are an as needed service.
  • Do you work Holidays?
    Yes! We offer Holiday pet care for a 40% upcharge. Holidays are described as all U.S. federally observed Holidays. *Our exceptions to this are Thanksgiving day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
  • What pets can you handle?
    All non-exotic, non-farm animals
  • Who walks my dog?
    Me! I am the only employee of Blue Collar Pet Services so you can be sure your pet is getting individualized one of a kind treatment.
  • Will my dog be walked with others?
    Not unless you say so. I will work with you to create a custom care plan that is unique to you and your dog to ensure the highest quality of care and satisfaction.
  • Can I cancel an appointment?
    Yes, we appreciate at least 24 hours notice.
  • Do you discipline pets?
    I personally believe and train my animals with positive reinforcement. I will NEVER physically or verbally abuse your animal. If there is a disciple problem I will work with you to create a plan for future incidents.
